Notes

Hi Nicola,
Hope you’re doing well!
We’ve switched from using a spreadsheet to ClickUp for managing ongoing web tasks. It’s the same tool we use internally for projects, so it keeps everything in one place and makes life a lot easier.
If you check your care plan page, you’ll see the spreadsheet has been replaced with a (currently empty) ClickUp board. We’ll add any tasks you send over, but the real benefit comes from you being able to interact directly with it.
If you’d like, book a quick call here: https://clients.rubberduckers.co.uk/calls/onboarding/ — we’ll walk you through the board, set you up as a user, and catch up on how the site’s doing.
Cheers,
Chris

Update sent about website build progress. Homepage done (minus content tweaks). About page done (minus team bios). Initial product page done, awaiting feedback before rolling structure out to all other pages.

Images for the website uploaded to Google Drive. Brand film and hero video to follow.

Pre-production document uploaded to portal. Please review and feedback any changes or queries ahead of the shoot on the 20th.

Hey Nicola, hope you had a great weekend!
Initial design and sitemap are now on the Portal. It’d be great if you can take a look through when you can please:

If you do have time this week and we can review it together on a call, that’d be great ahead of Ross visiting. If the design changes (a little or drastically) it wouldn’t impact the content much but it’s always nice to have as much prepped before as possible as some bits are useful to shoot specifically.
When you open the prototype link from the project page, there are actually 2 versions of the initial hero section for us to chat through, you should be able to click through to see both.
There’s a link on the portal page but here’s the book a call link to make it easier: https://clients.rubberduckers.co.uk/calls/review/
Cheers,
Chris
